The East Coast Bays Rotary 16 th annual Drive 4 Life golf day on 18 November set a new record with 140 people playing at Waitemata Golf Club to raise over $35,000. Funds raised will go to the Well Foundation and other local causes.
 
A record 35 teams teed off at Waitemata Golf Club on 18 November for the 16 th Drive 4 Life Golf Day, organised by the Rotary Club of East Coast Bays. With long standing principal sponsor, North Shore Taxis and a number of other local businesses supporting the event, over $35,000 was raised for charity to set another record for the annual event. Funds raised will go to the Well Foundation to buy a lower abdominal scanner for the Emergency Department at North Shore Hospital and to other local causes.
