WELCOME TO EAST COAST BAYS ROTARY CLUB

East Coast Bays Rotary meets every Monday at 5.30pm at the Pupuke Golf Club, East Coast Road, Campbells Bay. It’s a great venue overlooking the Gulf with plenty of parking and we enjoy an excellent meal.  We welcome new members, so why not come along and make some new friends.  We also have many fun social events during the year, and lasting friendships are made with like-minded people. .  If you would like to help make a difference, then let us know using the contact form on this page.  More...

Last Friday Plunket's Practical Solids Course was held  at the Meadowood Community House for new parents with babies around 4 months old who are about to start introducing solid foods. It is an opportunity to get hands-on and gain confidence to prepare their baby's first solid foods, learn about the textures for different stages and how to include meat in their baby's diet.

Parents also got to take home food samples that were prepared by Plunket Nurse Delwyn Campi and East Coast Bays Rotarian Fay Norman. Grandparents are also invited to participate. ECB Rotary provides funding to support this programme by paying for the fruit and vegetables and the recipe book given to each participant."
